Return Policy:

We will be happy to make an exchange or credit the credit card account used for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned and received by TOSS within 14 days of the shipping date un-used and in perfect condition with original packaging. Ship pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (ie: UPS or FedEx). Please email us at sales@tossdesigns.com to notify us of your return.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND ITEMS IN THE "SALE/CLEARANCE" CATEGORY ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE. FINAL SALE ONLY.

The information we obtain from you is solely for the purpose of processing your order or to update you with exciting news about Toss Designs.

We will never sell your personal information to a third party.

Shipping/Handling Policy:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 72 hours. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Toss Designs will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have purchased is not currently in stock. Orders with personalization may require additional 7 days processing time.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept International orders, if you are an International Customer and are interested in the TOSS product line, please do send us an email directly sales@tossdesigns.com and we can discuss the transaction and shipping method. All related export tax and duty are included in your total cost.

We can only ship to physical street addresses in the U.S.A. (50 states) We cannot ship to a PO Box.

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground at the current rate based on package weight. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please choose an express shipping method as required to insure expedited delivery.

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
